An Aikett Wind is a digital anthology inspired by Eycott Hill Nature Reserve near Berrier and contains nine pieces of writing by eight authors.

Cumbria Wildlife Trust are delighted to share a second collection of writing inspired by Eycott Hill Nature Reserve.

It follows the success of The Raspberry & the Rowan, an anthology published in 2017. Both anthologies were produced following fantastic creative writing workshops with local tutor and author Geraldine Green. The workshops and anthologies were possible thanks to Lottery Players, and support from the National Lottery Heritage Fund who awarded £1.6 million towards the purchase of Eycott Hill and a five year project to benefit wildlife and people.
