About the event
Join to celebrate International Dawn Chorus Day through a series of walks around the county, to help brush-up on your birdsong identification skills.
The flat surfaced main track through the nature reserve offers a great opportunity to encounter a range of species including Willow Warbler, Redstart and Pied Flycatcher, along with other woodland birds. The walk is suitable for wheelchair users and those with visual impairments, with support from carers.
The event is suitable for beginners and improvers of all ages who want to learn how to identify birds by song. Those under 16 should be accompanied by an adult.
