Outdoor First Aid Course
This two-day, nationally accredited course equips you with the skills to provide first aid in outdoor environments. Suitable for outdoor activity leaders.
Please check back to the event listing on our website to ensure the event you're planning to attend is going ahead, as sometimes events may be cancelled.
Due to bad weather or unforseen circumstances events are sometimes cancelled. Please contact us (or the event organiser) during office hours or check back to the event's page on this website, if you want to check if the event is still taking place. If you've booked in advance and the event is cancelled, you'll be contacted.
If refreshments are provided, it will be highlighted in the event description. Therefore, please consider the duration of the event you're attending, as it may be essential for you to bring a packed lunch and sufficient drinking fluids. Also take into account the event location, as it may not be in a convenient place to access local shops and services.
Please be aware that photographs may be taken at events and used for publicity purposes.
The vast majority of our events are suitable for those under the age of 16 years, and many are perfect for all the family to enjoy. However, we ask parents and guardians to use careful judgement before booking those under 16 on some events, such as conservation work parties and surveys or those taking place in the evening.
If you're unsure, please contact the Trust or the event organiser for more information about the event you have in mind. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult (apart from Wildlife Watch groups).
