My Dad was visiting so after a pub meal we went to Bowness to catch the last of the evening light. Even though it was quite overcast it was nice to see the boats bobbing up and down on the jetty. Watched a Greylagg goose doing a balancing act.
Tea time!
A department at work is having a tea tasting week, and today they had Chinese flower tea. It looked absolutely beautiful – and tasted great, too!
Camp fires and flowers
Roasting marshmallows on a campfire is one of my favourite things to do – so I really wanted to fit that in during #30DaysWild.
In my opinion, there’s nothing better than the smell of wood smoke, with the fire roaring, whilst trying to get the marshmallow just melted enough so as it doesn’t fall in the fire!
