About the event

Join us for a conservation day to help protect this nationally important wetland and its wildlife, home to scarce species like Black Bog-rush and Bird’s-eye Primrose. Please note that the terrain is tussocky vegetation and wellies are essential as this is a very wet site.

Know before you go

What to bring

Please note that the terrain is tussocky vegetation and wellies are essential as this is a very wet site. 

Please wear suitable layered warm clothing (and bring waterproof jacket and trousers),  for the site and work gloves if you have them. 

You will also need drinks and snacks and a packed lunch.
