Cleaning Officer
Salary: £10,462.71 per annum (FTE £24,413.00)
Location: Kendal
Working Patterns: 15 hours per week, typically worked three hours per day between Monday and Friday, with the possibility of more flexibility once established in the role. Some additional hours of work may be required which will be paid as overtime.
We are seeking a professional and experienced cleaner to ensure that the Trust's premises at Plumgarths in Kendal and our pool vehicles and kept satisfactorily cleaned and maintained.
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Ensure that the Kendal offices, including bathrooms and kitchen areas, are kept clean at all times.
- Maintain suitable levels of cleaning materials and other housekeeping supplies.
- .Report any maintenance issues that may arise to the Head of Facilities
- Regularly check and maintain emergency exits and report any hazards.
- Periodically check and clean Trust pool vehicles and report any faults to the Head of Facilities.
- Ensure meeting rooms and the conference kitchen are tidy and laid out as specified for meetings and events.
