Being outside - or bringing the outside in, puts life back into you, it's - in the literal and metaphorical sense - a breath of fresh air.
Getting out there somehow slows everything down, just breathing deeply (in, out, in, out) brings you into the now.
Nature feels safe. A safe place. Come rain or shine, outdoor spaces are always there. I think it’s really important for everyone to do their own little bit – whatever that may be, to repay what nature gives to us. The benefits are not only physical but mental too, and I think the two should always go hand in hand.
Life has become much quicker paced these days for everyone, that it is easier to never stop and always rush.
Stop for just a second. No phone. No camera. No talking and just really truly look and listen to what’s around you. You’ll be amazed at what you discover.
I hope you’ve enjoyed 30 days wild and it has made you want to carry in on into the coming months and beyond. After all, all our lives are better when they’re a bit wild!
