About the event

John Miles is an author and naturalist who has lived in Cumbria for 44 years, having moved here from Yorkshire. Initially working for the RSPB, John has been freelance since 1992.

In this talk John will take a look at the six species of owls in an area of East Cumbria where he works on owl conservation with Fellfoot Forward, a landscape partnership scheme in the north-west of England.
