So, my placement has come to an end but it has been the best nine months of my life. Where do I begin? I’ve had an amazing opportunity to learn so many new skills and meet so many new people…
In March I’ve had a last push on my peatland surveys at Black Beck and been on an amazing bird ID course down in Suffolk.
This month, February, has flown by! I’ve enjoyed several sunny days, witnessed some drone action and helped with the recruitment process for the next six marine trainees.
I’ve had a busy month in January, working on various projects and have been battling against the elements to try and make some more progress with my bog surveys.
Christmas has soon been and gone but I have come back at full pace ready to do as much as I can before my placement ends in April.
